Detour Gold Completes C$289.8 Million Bought Deal Financing

In July and August 2010, Detour Gold Corporation completed a bought deal public offering of an aggregate of 12,075,000 common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of $289.8 million. The underwriting syndicate was led by BMO Capital Markets, TD Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets.

Detour Gold is a Canadian gold exploration and development company whose focus is to advance the development of its Detour Lake gold project located in northeastern Ontario. Detour Gold's shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the trading symbol DGC.
