Lang Michener Welcomes Two New Lawyers

Paul Davis joined the Corporate Finance/Securities Group in the Toronto office of Lang Michener as counsel. Paul is a seasoned negotiator and has a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, business restructuring and start-ups, and a broad range of securities and business law matters for both private and public issuers.

Andrea Sanche is an associate in the Employment and Labour Group in the Toronto office of Lang Michener. Prior to joining Lang Michener, Andrea practiced at a Toronto civil litigation boutique. She has broad experience in civil and commercial litigation matters including partnership and shareholder disputes, real property, breach of contract, debtor-creditor (PPSA), professional liablility and employment claims. At Lang Michener, Andrea's practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation and labour and employment matters.
