Lang Michener Listed in Big Deals - Canadian Edition of The American Lawyer

Teck Comico Ltd's acquisition of Fording Canadian Coal Trust and the Ainsworth Lumber Recapitalization were both featured in the December 2008 edition of The American Lawyer in the Big Deals – Canadian section. 

Lang Michener represented Teck Cominco with a team that included, Robert Cranston, Hellen Siwanowicz, Denno Chen, Amandeep Sandhu, and Andrew Tam (corporate and securities) and Eric Friedman (banking).
