Sarah Kilpatrick is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group in the firm's Ottawa office. Her practice focuses on trade marks, domain disputes and copyright matters as well as aspects of corporate transactions involving intellectual property.
Sarah regularly assists clients to acquire, protect and enforce their intellectual property rights, such as through licensing, clearing trade marks for use and registration, prosecuting and enforcing trade marks, conducting opposition and expungement proceedings and advising on infringement matters.
