Professional Experience
Sandy is an associate in the Securities and Public Markets Groups. Her practice focuses on a variety of transactions including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and structured products. She also assists public and private companies, investment funds and registrants with general securities compliance, continuous disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters.
Sandy joined the firm as a summer student in 2005 and completed her articles with the firm in 2007.
