Paul practices primarily in the area of corporate and securities law with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate governance and stock exchange related matters. Paul provides ongoing advice to a number of public companies involved in a wide range of sectors, including mining, manufacturing, packaging, information technology and communications.
