Professional Experience Maya M'Seffar is an associate in the litigation group. Her practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial litigation. Currently, Maya often participates in matters related to injunctions and safeguard orders. She has also developed experience in real estate litigation.

Maya joined McMillan in 2008 after completing a Master's degree in transnational law and common law. Her Master's thesis was on the topic of Financial Crimes committed by State Leaders. As a law student, Maya received the Davies scholarship awarded to the student with the highest standing in contract law. She also received the Jean Martineau scholarship awarded to the student who demonstrated leadership skills and academic excellence. Maya graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2007 on the Dean's Honour list.
