Professional Activities
Mark Neighbor is an associate in the firm's Vancouver office. His practice is focused on corporate finance and general corporate and commercial matters. Mark has particular experience in mergers and acquisitions (including asset and share purchase transactions) and listed company maintenance. He regularly assists clients with the listing process on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange through Qualifying Transactions, reverse takeovers and initial public offerings.
