Professional Experience
Lynn is an associate in the Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, asset and share sales, franchising and distribution, and corporate reorganizations.
Lynn joined the firm as a summer student in 2008 and returned to complete her articles in 2009. During this time, Lynn assisted in a variety of transactions, including private placements, large corporate restructurings, and public/private partnerships.
Prior to joining McMillan, Lynn worked as a law clerk and paralegal, assisting business clients with their franchising, debt collection and general corporate needs.
