Professional Experience Kimberly is a partner in the firm's Capital Markets Group. She has represented public and private issuers, as well as dealers, in a number of financing transactions including public offerings and private placements, as well as various corporate transactions including plans of arrangements, take-over bids and cross border debt exchange transactions. She also advises clients with respect to continuous disclosure obligations, shareholder communications, preparations for annual and special meetings and general securities law matters.

Kimberly also advises issuers on the establishment of alternative investment products, including offerings of closed-ended mutual funds and labour sponsored funds and exempt offerings of pooled funds. She has been involved with acquisitions and divestitures of fund management companies, and provides Canadian and foreign managers, investment funds and dealers advice with respect to registration matters and compliance obligations.

Kimberly has spoken at industry conferences concerning the creation and marketing of hedge funds and linked notes, as well as on cross-border financings.
