Professional Experience
Kevin Plowman is a partner in the Financial Services and Corporate and Commercial groups of McMillan's Calgary office. His practice focuses primarily on banking, with equal emphasis on borrowers' and lenders' work.
Kevin regularly advises on bilateral and syndicated financings as well as a number of corporate and commercial transactions in various industry segments such as debt financings, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and commercial real estate development.
Additionally, Kevin's practice includes commercial real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, financing and leasing and disputes.
He is also a registered Trade-mark Agent and has advised extensively on trade-mark and copyright applications.
Prior to joining McMillan, Kevin practiced at a corporate commercial boutique law firm in Calgary.
