Professional Activities

Keith Clark, an associate counsel in the Vancouver office, is a business lawyer.  His practice focuses on assisting clients with respect to aboriginal issues that may affect their businesses.

Representative Transactions

Advises clients in mining, forestry, gaming, run of river, fish farming, land development, power distribution and wind power businesses concerning the legal, policy and practical aspects of aboriginal issues that may affect their business.

Has litigated on behalf of corporate clients with respect to aboriginal issues on a number of occasions when circumstances required it before BC Supreme Court, BC Court of Appeal and Environmental Appeal Board of BC.
