Grant Wong is a respected capital markets and securities lawyer with a transactional practice focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He is recognized by IFLR1000 Financial and Corporate Guide (2020) as a rising star in private equity and M&A.

Representing Canadian and international clients, Grant acts on a broad range of domestic, foreign and multijurisdictional corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, prospectus offerings, private placements and private equity investments.
