Professional Experience Devin Anderson is an associate in the Competition and Business Law Groups at the firm's Toronto office. He is developing a broad practice representing companies engaged in contentious competition law proceedings, merger clearances, foreign investment reviews, and distribution, pricing and advertising matters. In addition to his competition experience, Devin regularly plays a key role on transaction teams orchestrating equity and debt financings, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Devin joined the firm as a summer student in 2009 and returned to complete his articles in 2010. Before attending law school, he studied political science at the University of Victoria and obtained a pilot's licence for fixed-wing aircraft. While pursuing his JD at Queen's University, he was actively involved in university governance and received frequent recognition for his academic and community leadership.

Outside of the office, Devin is an avid triathlete and rock climber. It has been said that his tennis game often results in a substantial lessening of competition.
