- Represented Starcore International Ventures Ltd. in its acquisition of a San Martin Mine for US$26 million and related equity and debt financings, January 2007.
- Represented Photo Channel Networks Inc. in acquisition of Pixology PLC for $19 million, and related cross-border equity financing and registration.
- Represented Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation with its initial public offering and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
- Represented Everett Resources Ltd. with its initial public offering and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
- Represented Golden Oasis Exploration Ltd. with its initial public offering and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
