Seminars and Presentations
Arnold Englander has participated at two Canadian Tax Foundation Conferences as a speaker and an instructor in an estate planning seminar. He has also delivered papers at tax meetings of the Canadian Bar Association.
Representative Transactions
- Develops and executes tax strategies for corporations and individuals.
- Advises clients with respect to the merits of both private and public tax-shelter offerings.
- Participates in the creation of estate plans for affluent clients desiring to transfer family businesses on a tax-deferred basis to children, while retaining control of the business, including the establishment of trusts.
- Contests proposed and actual assessments of Ontario and Federal tax authorities, including the carrying-on of negotiations with such authorities.
