Arman G. Farahani is an associate in the Capital Markets and M&A Group in the firm's Vancouver office. His practice focuses primarily on transactional, regulatory and general corporate and commercial matters. Arman has particular experience in mergers and acquisitions (including asset and share purchase transactions) and listed company maintenance. He regularly acts for public corporations, including issuers listed on the NYSE Amex, Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.
