Professional Experience

Alexandra Labelle is an attorney specializing in the realization of commercial transactions and who has developed special expertise in the following areas of law: 

  • Real Estate – sales/acquisitions, financing, leasing, holding, co-ownership, expropriation, management, duties on transfers, publication, brokerage
  • Corporate and Commercial – mergers, acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, business constitution and reorganization, trade, investment, governance
  • Projects – operations and strategic agreements involving private entities as well as public and parapublic bodies, including with respect to infrastructure projects
  • Natural Resources – titles, exploration and exploitation, conformity, dams, financial guarantees and rehabilitation and restoration plans, duties, publication

Alexandra also has considerable experience in the fields of environmental and administrative law, including in the areas of zoning and land use and planning. 

Her clientele is composed mainly of for profit and not-for-profit private organizations and their stakeholders.

Throughout the years, Alexandra has given numerous presentations and conferences and she is an active member of several associations.
