Professional Experience
Aaron practices in commercial litigation and dispute resolution at the firm's Calgary office. He represents both individuals and organizations in negotiations, at court, and before administrative tribunals, in general commercial matters as well as in specific areas such as oil and gas, construction, real estate, and employment. Aaron has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta.
Aaron has counseled clients in energy and other business sectors on rights, duties, processes, and remedies related to disputes and proceedings in a broad range of areas including torts, contracts, land interests, directorships, shareholdings, debtor-creditor relationships, employment standards, administrative frameworks, professional obligations, intellectual property interests including technology patents, and industry-specific regulatory law.
Aaron is active in the community and is a volunteer at Calgary Legal Guidance. He has a basic knowledge of standard Mandarin Chinese.
